Strategy Associate (Business Consultant)

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the VP of Strategy and CEO in strategic initiatives, including M&A, fundraising, and market expansion.
• Delivering high-quality analysis, models, and presentation materials to support executive decision-making.
• Driving due diligence and market research with speed and analytical rigor.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models for acquisitions, market entries, and fundraising scenarios.
• Prepare investor materials, pitch decks, and supporting documents for capital raises.
• Conduct commercial and operational due diligence on acquisition targets.
• Structure and synthesize market research for new country launches.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights and align stakeholders.
• Prepare strategy memos and recommendations for leadership.

Who you are:

• 2–3 years in strategy consulting (e.g., Bain, BCG, McKinsey).
• Experience conducting commercial due diligence or strategic market analysis.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; financial modelling experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience in tech, startups, or high-growth environments (preferred but not required).
