Job Purpose:
To provide direct support to the Strategy Manager by monitoring strategic initiatives, coordinating marketing activities, and supporting IT & digital transformation projects. The role aims to enhance execution efficiency, ensure alignment across departments, and deliver timely reports for effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support
• Develop and monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives in collaboration with other departments, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Track management decisions and action items to ensure timely execution.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to support strategic recommendations.
• Provide concise updates and summaries to the Strategy Manager.
Marketing Support
• Lead the Marketing Department at the corporate level, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
• Ensure marketing deliverables are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Prepare periodic summaries and performance reports on marketing activities.
IT & Digital Transformation Support
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for the company.
• Oversee IT and digital transformation projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with technical teams to provide regular updates and reports.
• Support the effective use of digital tools (e.g., Power BI, project management systems).
REQUIRED: COMPETENCIES, AND SKILLS
Proven ability to analyze complex data, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English, with strong presentation abilities.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with digital tools such as Power BI and project management systems.
