Strategy Consultant / Designer / Researcher

We are seeking seconded junior to mid-level consultants, designers, and researchers with 5 to 8 years of experience to support the strategy team’s execution activities and design-led deliverables. The role is hands-on and execution-focused, contributing to strategic initiatives through research, analysis, design, and content development.

5–8 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, design, research, or related roles.
Proven experience in supporting strategy implementation and execution, not just analytical work.
Strong exposure to design thinking, service design, or user-centric frameworks.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to create clear, structured, and visually impactful presentations.
Comfortable working onsite in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across business, technology, and design functions.
