Strategy & Operations Manager (CEO Office / Growth)

Build and scale a travel fintech in the UAE and the wider GCC - own growth, pricing, and launch playbooks.

Role overview

You'll work directly with the CEO Office/founders to drive high-impact initiatives across growth, partnerships, pricing, and operating cadence. This is an "ex-consultant friendly" role with real ownership.

What you'll do
  • Own cross-functional initiatives (GTM launches, pricing tests, onboarding improvements, retention)
  • Build weekly/monthly business performance reporting (funnels, cohorts, unit economics)
  • Run structured experiments: define hypothesis ship measure iterate
  • Partner with Product/Ops to remove friction from sign-up, card usage, and travel flows
  • Support partner/commercial deals with analysis, positioning, and business cases
  • Drive OKRs, operating rhythms, and exec-ready updates
What we're looking for
  • 3-7 years in consulting, strategy, bizops, growth, or high-ownership ops roles
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets; SQL a plus)
  • Comfort working across product, engineering, ops, and commercial teams
  • Clear communicator who can turn messy problems into plans and decisions
  • Bias to action: you ship, measure, and refine fast
Nice to have
  • Fintech/payments or travel industry exposure
  • UAE/GCC market experience
Success looks like
  • 30-60 days: you've built a performance "single source of truth" + shipped your first 2-3 experiments
  • 90 days: a repeatable growth/launch playbook is live; measurable lift in activation or repeat usage
