About the Role

RapidData Technologies is urgently hiring a Strategy & Organizational Performance / KPI Management Expert for a high-impact Government engagement in Dubai, UAE.

We are seeking a senior professional with 15+ years of experience in Strategy Formulation, Execution, Organizational Performance, and KPI Governance, along with mandatory experience working with Government / Public Sector organizations.

This is a leadership-facing role requiring strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage confidently with senior government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a SME liaising between customer leadership, strategy and product development team
• Lead enterprise-wide strategy formulation and execution frameworks
• Design and cascade organization-wide KPIs aligned to strategic objectives
• Implement and govern performance management frameworks
• Facilitate strategic workshops with senior government stakeholders
• Conduct performance gap analysis and recommend corrective actions
• Develop executive dashboards and board-level performance reports
• Ensure alignment with government performance standards and regulatory frameworks

Mandatory Requirements (DO NOT APPLY IF NOT MET)

• 15+ years of relevant experience in Strategy & Organizational Performance
• Proven experience working with Government / Public Sector organizations
• Deep expertise in Strategy Execution & KPI Management frameworks
• Hands on experience with Balanced Scorecard or equivalent models
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to work onsite in Dubai, UAE (candidates hired from India)

Preferred

• MBA / Master's in Strategy, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience working on Middle East government transformation initiatives
