Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to support and lead key components of a major corporate strategy program for a diversified group. The role involves strategic assessment, benchmarking, developing vision/mission, designing KPIs, creating strategy maps, building initiative portfolios, and supporting governance frameworks.

This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in strategy development for family businesses, multi-sector organizations, or diversified groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support current-state assessments across portfolio, operations, and financials
  • Conduct benchmarking, competitive analysis, SWOT inputs, and market insights
  • Assist in developing Vision, Mission, strategic themes, and strategic objectives
  • Support KPI development: definitions, formulas, targets, and KPI sheets
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, initiative cards, and strategy documentation
  • Coordinate workshops, meetings, and data collection from subsidiaries
  • Prepare presentations and contribute to the final strategy report and appendices


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
