Strictly Armed Warehouse Security Officer

Guardium Security is currently hiring professional and dependable Armed Security Officers for a distribution facility in Hutchins, TX.

This position requires maintaining a strong security presence at the facility reception area while conducting hourly patrols throughout the property. Officers must be alert, professional, and capable of providing excellent customer service while enforcing site policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the facility
• Verify visitor, vendor, and contractor credentials
• Maintain a professional presence at the reception/security desk
• Conduct hourly patrols of the property
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations
• Complete daily activity and incident reports
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and security concerns
• Provide outstanding customer service to employees and visitors

Requirements:

• Valid Texas Armed Security License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous armed security experience
• Warehouse, distribution center, industrial, or logistics security experience
• Access control and visitor management experience
