Role Overview
As a STRONG Pilates Campus Ambassador, you are more than a voice. You are the movement on campus. You'll bring the STRONG experience directly into your university community, building authentic connections, generating buzz, and turning curiosity into committed members. Your mission is to spark awareness, drive student traffic to the studio, and cultivate a loyal campus community that doesn't just try STRON, they stay STRONG. This role is designed for natural connectors and culture-shapers — students who are passionate about fitness, energized by social engagement, and excited to introduce their peers to something powerful, elevated, and results-driven.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Awareness & On-Campus Presence
- Serve as a confident and authentic voice for STRONG Pilates within your university community
- Create visibility for the brand by actively engaging peers, student organizations, and campus events
- Generate excitement around STRONG studios, class formats, and special programs
- Communicate what sets STRONG apart — from the workout experience to the results-driven community
- Spark conversations that turn curiosity into studio visits and long-term membership
Member Growth & Retention Support
- Encourage classmates to try STRONG and continue returning
- Support participation in studio challenges, programs, and community initiatives
- Help nurture long-term loyalty beyond one-time visits
Community Building
- Act as a connector between your campus and STRONG
- Build relationships with student groups, athletics, wellness programs, and campus leaders
- Support and participate in studio events when possible
Social Media & Digital Promotion
- Share STRONG content authentically
- Create campus-relevant content such as stories, reels, testimonials, and invitations
- Promote offers, challenges, and studio updates
- Encourage others to tag and share their STRONG experience
Outreach & Partnerships
- Help identify student partnership and collaboration opportunities
- Support pop-ups, student nights, collaborations, and giveaways
Communication & Reporting
- Provide brief weekly updates on outreach and engagement
- Work collaboratively with studio and leadership teams
What we're looking for
- Is currently enrolled at a university or college
- Is confident, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys connecting with new people
- Is actively involved in campus life — whether through clubs, athletics, leadership roles, or student organizations
- Has a passion for fitness, wellness, and building community
- Is dependable, proactive, organized, and motivated by results
- Has experience in marketing, promotions, social media, or event coordination (a plus, but not required)

- Increased student awareness of the STRONG brand
- Growth in student visits and consistent attendance
- Strong engagement in events and challenges
- Create momentum on campus, with STRONG becoming a go-to name in student fitness
