Structural Bim Modeler

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions L.L.C. is urgently hiring experienced Structural BIM Modelers for ongoing construction and engineering projects across the UAE. We are looking for candidates with 2–5 years of UAE experience who are available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed structural BIM models and coordinated layouts using Revit Structure.
• Develop structural plans, sections, elevations, reinforcement details, and steel/RC element modeling as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to ensure clash-free, fully coordinated designs.
• Assist in generating shop drawings, fabrication drawings, as-built drawings, and maintaining accurate BIM documentation.
• Ensure all models and drawings are prepared in compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and authority regulations.
• Support site and engineering teams with timely revisions, technical updates, and coordination drawings.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of structural elements, reinforcement detailing, RCC/steel modeling, and coordination principles.
• Proficiency in Revit Structure (AutoCAD and Navisworks skills are an advantage).
• Must be based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under deadlines.
