Structural BIM – Modeler

We are looking for a proficient and experienced Structural BIM Modeler to join our team for a large-scale hotel project. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development and management of detailed structural BIM models, ensuring coordination with other disciplines and delivering accurate design and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D structural models using Revit and other BIM software throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate closely with structural engineers, architects, and other disciplines to ensure accurate model integration.
• Produce structural drawings, detailing, and documentation directly from the BIM model for design, construction, and coordination purposes.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and follow the established project standards and protocols.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues between structural and other discipline models (e.g., architectural, MEP).
• Update and revise models based on design changes, client feedback, or site conditions.
• Participate in design and coordination meetings to ensure effective collaboration with the project team.
• Assist in model audits, quality control checks, and clash detection using tools like Navisworks.
• Prepare structural schedules, quantities, and reports based on BIM data for project management and construction teams.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet project deadlines and client requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
