Job Summary

Universal BIM is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural BIM Modeler to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of UAE experience in structural BIM modeling and be proficient in developing accurate structural models, shop drawings, and construction documentation for building and infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of UAE experience as a Structural BIM Modeler
• Must be currently available in the UAE
• Immediate joining is mandatory
• Proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and structural steel systems
• Experience in preparing structural shop drawings and as-built drawings
• Understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Architectural, MEP, and Site teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate structural BIM models based on project requirements
• Prepare structural shop drawings, reinforcement drawings, and as-built documentation
• Perform model coordination and clash detection with multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and company standards
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve technical issues
• Support project delivery by providing timely and accurate modeling and drafting outputs
• Maintain model quality and documentation throughout project phases

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on high-rise, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects in the UAE
• Knowledge of BIM coordination and collaboration platforms
• Familiarity with local UAE construction standards and practices
