Job Summary
We are a U.S.-based engineering and manufacturing company looking for a skilled Structural CAD Designer located in Pakistan. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience using AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, and 3D modeling to produce accurate structural and fabrication drawings. This is a fully remote role supporting U.S. engineering teams, with strong opportunities for long‑term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 2D structural drawings in AutoCAD (plans, elevations, sections, fabrication details)
- Develop 3D models and assemblies in Autodesk Inventor, including weldments and connection details
- Prepare fabrication drawings, BOMs, cut lists, and shop‑ready documentation
- Apply proper dimensioning, tolerances, and drafting standards
- Incorporate engineering redlines and revisions accurately
- Maintain organized CAD files, templates, and part libraries
- Collaborate with U.S.-based engineers, project managers, and fabrication teams
- Ensure all drawings meet quality, accuracy, and project requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional CAD experience in a structural, mechanical, or fabrication environment
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Must be able to Manage and Develop CAD Standards
- Hands‑on experience with Autodesk Inventor for 3D modeling and assemblies
- Understanding of structural components (steel, aluminum, weldments, bolted connections, frames, brackets)
- Ability to produce fabrication‑ready drawings and accurate BOMs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with sheet metal, structural framing, or industrial equipment
- Familiarity with Autodesk Vault or other PDM systems
- Knowledge of fabrication processes (welding, machining, cutting, bending)
- Experience creating or maintaining CAD standards

Additional Information
- Work Location: Remote from Pakistan.
- Work Hours: Initial hours must align with U.S. business hours; flexibility will be introduced after the onboarding period.

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
