Structural Civil Engineer

The candidate is responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various structures and ensuring their safety and stability.

Responsilities:

• Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to develop integrated designs.
• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals from contractors.
• Knowledgeable in the approvals of Villas Renovation -Emaar, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Nakheel Properties & DM, DDA, DCD, Trakhees Authorities etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Villa Renovations.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can join immediately.
