Job Description

We are looking for a Structural Design–focused Site Engineer (Civil) to join our consultancy team in Dubai. The role requires strong experience in structural analysis, design coordination, and site supervision for mixed-use buildings and high-rise projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate structural design calculations and drawings.
• Review and approve structural shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Supervise and inspect structural works on site to ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to resolve structural design and site issues.
• Ensure structural implementation complies with Dubai Municipality regulations and applicable codes.
• Attend technical meetings and provide structural input during all project stages.
• Prepare technical reports and site progress updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience (Dubai preferred).
• Strong experience in structural design and design coordination.
• Experience in mixed-use and high-rise buildings.
• Dubai Municipality approved engineer with project experience up to G+12 (mandatory).
• Arabic speaker (mandatory) with good command of English.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of structural software is an advantage).
• Ability to manage structural works independently and work under pressure.
• Must own a car and hold a valid UAE driving license.
