Structural Draftsman (Consultancy Experience)

We are looking for a highly skilled Structural Draftsman (Revit) with strong experience in BIM modeling and structural detailing. The candidate must have a solid background in delivering accurate and high-quality drawings for large-scale projects in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed structural drawings and 3D models using Revit (Structural) and AutoCAD. Develop shop drawings, IFC drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and MEP teams for design integration
• Interpret structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and international standards.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control.
• Meet project deadlines with high accuracy and efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (Minimum Required)
• 7–10 years of experience as a Structural Draftsman
• Minimum 5 years of Consultancy experience in Qatar (mandatory)
• Strong expertise in Revit (Structural) – Mandatory
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM workflows
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of GCC standards and regulations

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Navisworks or similar BIM coordination tools
• Knowledge of international codes (ACI, BS, etc.)
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Immediate joiners preferred
