Structural Draughtsman

We are looking for a skilled Structural Draftsman to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate must have strong UAE experience in preparing structural drawings for industrial, large commercial, marine, and landscaping projects. Candidates with villa-only experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare structural drawings, sections, reinforcement details, and shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Work closely with structural engineers to convert concepts into accurate technical drawings
• Develop drawings for industrial buildings, warehouses, commercial complexes, marine structures, and infrastructure
• Ensure all drawings comply with UAE authority standards (ADM, TAMM, AAM, RAK Municipality, etc.)
• Coordinate with Architectural and MEP teams for clash-free drawings
• Maintain drawing records, revisions, and support submission documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil or Structural Engineering / Drafting
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant UAE experience
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory)
• Experience in consultancy preferred
• Must have experience in industrial / commercial / marine / landscaping projects
• Knowledge of UAE codes, detailing standards, and authority requirements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
