Structural Draughtsman

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Structural Draftsman to join our design consultancy firm in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate structural drawings and supporting structural engineers throughout all project stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed structural drawings (RC, steel, foundations, and details)
• Develop shop drawings and construction drawings as per design specifications
• Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and MEP teams
• Revise drawings based on design changes and authority comments
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and UAE codes and standards
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Drafting
• Minimum 4–5 years of UAE experience preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); Revit Structure is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of RC and steel detailing
• Familiar with Dubai Municipality approval procedures and local codes
• Good communication and coordination skills
