Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in structural design, be proficient in STAAD Pro and other industry-standard design software, and be capable of working on detailed structural drawings. Knowledge of steel construction is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design for various projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards
• Prepare and review detailed structural drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other team members to ensure design integration
• Use STAAD Pro and other structural design tools for modeling and analysis
• Conduct site visits when necessary to monitor construction and resolve technical issues
• Prepare reports, calculations, and documentation for submission to clients and authorities
• Assist in value engineering and cost-effective design solutions

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design and engineering
• Proficient in STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and other structural design and drafting software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000)
• Experience in preparing detailed structural drawings
• Good knowledge of local building codes and international design standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience in steel structure design and construction
• Knowledge of BIM tools (e.g., Revit Structures)
• UAE driving license

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
