Structural Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Civil Engineering Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in STAAD.Pro, Civil 3D, ETABS, QA/QC practices, and basic Quantity Surveying. The role involves delivering high-quality, application-based training to students aspiring to build careers in structural design, construction management, and quality control.

This position offers a rewarding opportunity to mentor future civil engineers through a combination of theoretical understanding and practical, industry-oriented skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct interactive and practical training sessions on STAAD.Pro, Civil 3D, and ETABS for structural and design applications.

2. Teach students the fundamentals of QA/QC in construction projects, including material testing, site supervision, and documentation.

3. Introduce Quantity Surveying concepts such as estimation, and rate analysis.

4. Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with current engineering standards and practices.

5. Guide students in applying design and analysis concepts to real-world project scenarios.

6. Monitor student progress, provide personalized feedback, and ensure a high level of technical competence.

7. Collaborate with academic and placement teams to support student employability and professional growth.
