The Role: Impact & Core Responsibilities

As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for the integrity of our designs from conception to completion. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and practical construction oversight.

Design and Analysis:

Perform complex calculations related to pressure, loads, and stresses on structures.

Prepare detailed structural reports, designs, and drawings utilizing industry best practices.

Analyze configurations and structural stability for foundational and vertical components.

Modeling and Simulation: Utilize STAAD Pro, AutoCAD/Revit (or similar CAD software) for accurate structural simulation and design purposes.

Material Selection and Safety:

Rigorously evaluate the strength and durability of construction materials, making appropriate selections based on project specifications and budget.

Provide expert technical advice on safe designs that comply with all relevant building codes and regulations.

Project and Site Management:

Liaise and coordinate with cross-functional professionals, including Architects, Civil Engineers, and Project Managers.

Monitor, administer contracts, and conduct site inspections to ensure the work executed by contractors adheres to the approved structural specifications and standards.

Obtain and manage necessary planning and building regulations approval.

Essential Requirements & Qualifications (Must-Haves)

We are looking for a highly capable engineer ready to take on challenging projects.

Technical Education: An essential Degree in Structural Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech).

Experience: Proven 2-4 years of experience working specifically as a Structural Engineer.

Software Proficiency: Mandatory proficiency in STAAD Pro and CAD softwares (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).

Technical Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local legal/building regulations (IS Codes).

Core Skills:

A Sound understanding of Physics and Advanced Mathematics applied to structural mechanics.

Analytical thinking, 3D conceptual skills, and meticulous attention to detail are paramount.

Demonstrated experience in Project and Budget Management within structural projects.

Strong problem-solving and excellent communication skills for inter-disciplinary liaison.
