Structural Engineer

A reputable Engineering Consultancy Office in Abu Dhabi is seeking to hire a Structural Engineer with the following qualifications:

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 to 15 years of professional experience in structural engineering.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in the UAE, including handling authority submissions and approvals.
• Strong experience in municipality submissions, design approvals, and coordination with local authorities.
• Solid background in designing and reviewing reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Good knowledge of international design codes (ACI, BS, Eurocodes).
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, or similar.
• Ability to prepare and review structural drawings and technical reports.
• Strong coordination skills with Architectural and MEP teams.
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and commitment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit structural drawings and calculations to municipalities.
• Coordinate with authorities and address comments until approval.
• Prepare structural designs in compliance with project requirements and regulations.
• Support project teams and attend technical meetings.
