Structural Engineer

We are hiring a Structural Engineer to join our growing tent and shade manufacturing company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and validating tent structures, car parking shades, and steel/aluminum frameworks, ensuring safety, compliance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze tent, tensile, and shade structures
• Prepare structural drawings, calculations, and technical reports
• Perform load analysis (wind, dead load, live load, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with UAE and international engineering codes
• Review and approve shop drawings and structural submissions
• Coordinate with site and installation teams for structural support
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and project teams

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience (tents or tensile structures preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, SAP2000 or similar software
• Strong knowledge of steel, aluminum, and fabric structures
• Good understanding of UAE / GCC and international design codes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
