Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• Standard working hours with project-based flexibility
• Occasional site visits as required

Key Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and review structural systems for buildings and infrastructure
• Prepare detailed structural calculations, drawings, and reports
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and safety standards
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress
• Identify and resolve structural issues efficiently
• Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness and safety
• Support project planning, timelines, and technical documentation

In-Demand Skills We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro)
• Strong knowledge of international codes (ACI, BS, Eurocodes)
• AutoCAD and/or Revit skills
• Structural analysis and load calculation expertise
• Project coordination and teamwork
• Problem-solving and critical thinking
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Proven experience in structural engineering (fresh graduates with strong skills may apply)
• Experience in construction or consultancy projects is an advantage
• Knowledge of Qatar standards is a plus
• Professional license/certification is an advantage but not required
