STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

About the Role
Pool Engineering Consultants L.L.C is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Engineer with up to 1 year of experience in the UAE to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in the design, analysis, and supervision of structural elements for residential, commercial, and villa projects. You will work closely with senior engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective structural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of structural designs, calculations, and drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure design integration.
• Support site teams during construction and inspection of structural works.
• Review shop drawings and material submittals to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and design deliverables.
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress for structural integrity.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Up to 1 year of experience in structural design or site supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or ETABS (basic knowledge acceptable).
• Good understanding of reinforced concrete and steel design principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• UAE driving license (preferred).
