Offer support to the leadership and project teams on steel structures Organize and coordinate the entire fabrication activities to ensure excellent quality of the final products.

Assess the scope of works as well as designs and determine production objectives, standards as well as production schedules to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness of the project Assess the prevailing system, determine the shortfalls and maintain appropriate system for measuring necessary aspects of workshop work.

Maintain consistent implementation and utilization of good fabrication strategies, practices as well as processes Arrange quality as well as safety training programs and maintain competence Job Qualifications.

Experience Bachelors Degree in Structural Engineering Demonstrated experience in the steel structural engineering work required.

Must have a strong personality with good leadership qualities Ability to deliver good results under pressure.

Must have good interpersonal and communication skills Must be proactive, goal-oriented and accountable.
