Position Overview
At the heart of every great structure lies strength and that strength begins with you. As our Structural Engineer, you will shape the invisible framework that holds form, meaning, and memory. Your Role
· Lead structural design for residential, civic, and landscape-integrated projects.
· Collaborate closely with architects to transform vision into enduring form.
· Mentor junior engineers in technical excellence and emotionally intelligent leadership.
· Build relationships with the construction community.
· Deliver innovative solutions grounded in sustainability, material intelligence, and code compliance.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and lead structural systems for a range of projects including custom homes, commercial, civic structures, and integrated landscapes.
· Ensure all designs meet applicable codes and engineering standards.
· Contribute creative structural solutions that support architectural vision and environmental responsiveness.
· Provide mentorship and guidance to internal engineering staff, modeling integrity and design excellence.
· Work cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams to bring projects to life from concept to completion.
Qualifications
· 8+ years of structural engineering experience.
· Licensed Structural Engineer (SE required).
· Strong experience with wood, steel, concrete, and hybrid systems.
· Proficiency in relevant engineering and modeling software.
· Deep appreciation for geometry, natural systems, and elegant, efficient structure.
· Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
· High emotional intelligence and a grounded, collaborative presence.

Salary Range: $120,000–$150,000/year, DOE
