Structural Engineer (Site based)

Position: Structural Engineer
Location (Site): North Africa
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be technically strong, detail-oriented, and capable of handling structural design, site coordination, and project execution with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review structural designs, calculations, and drawings
• Ensure all structural works comply with UAE regulations and safety standards
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams
• Conduct site inspections and monitor structural works progress
• Review shop drawings, BOQ, and material specifications
• Identify and resolve structural issues on-site
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards
• Prepare technical reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in structural engineering
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software
• Experience in residential, commercial, and fit-out projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Must be knowledgeable in UAE building codes and authority requirements
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, and Revit

Important:
Only qualified candidates with relevant UAE structural engineering experience and open to relocation to North Africa will be considered for this position.
