I, the candidate, confirm to be: Able to independently take the lead in structural design and engineering projects. Mastering the relevant UAE codes, including American, British and Euro codes. Mastering relevant software, such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro and SAP2000. Having a positive track-record with relevant local authorities in UAE and in KSA. Having experience with site inspections or having conducted structural integrity assessments. Able to develop concept design reports, calculation reports, site appraisal reports. Having experience with developing and populating Bill of Quantities. Having experience in both Industrial as well as Civilian Buildings. To have experience in AutoCAD and/or Revit.

I, the candidate, confirm to hold: Dubai Municipality Certified Consultant for minimum Engineering G+4; prerequisite. More than 8 years of design experience ideally in international design firms. Bachelor s degree or Master s in Structural Engineering. Member of UAE Society of Engineer; prerequisite.
