Structural Fitter (Qatar Energy / LNG Experience Required)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Fitter to join our team for ongoing LNG projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working in LNG facilities and a strong understanding of structural fitting, fabrication, and installation standards, particularly within Qatar Energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents
• Perform structural fitting, alignment, and installation of steel structures
• Assemble, fit, and install structural components as per project specifications
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to meet project deadlines
• Conduct inspections and ensure proper fit-up before welding
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Structural Fitter in LNG projects
• Mandatory experience working with Qatar Energy standards/projects
• Strong knowledge of structural fabrication and installation techniques
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Familiarity with safety regulations in oil & gas environments
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical certification in structural fitting or related field
• Valid safety training certificates (e.g., H2S, confined space, etc.)
• Previous experience in large-scale oil & gas projects in Qatar
