Structural Ironworker/Welder

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Iron wokers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating / installing structural items for residential buildings. The role requires proficiency in MIG welding, metal cutting, and fitting, with a strong focus on quality, precision, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 3 year of fabrication and welding experience in steel structure (but not limited to ornamental such as metal stairs, railings and others)
• Familiar with various welding processes: MIG, TIG, stick, flux-core
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Conversational English required; ability to read and write English technical instructions
• AWS or equivalent welding certification (preferred)
• Valid California driver’s license (required)
• Forklift driving experience is a plus

Requirements

• Proven experience in metal fabrication and welding is essential.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Able to stand, stoop, kneel, crawl, and climb throughout the workday
• Good vision and color perception
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Preferred

• AWS / LA city Certified Welder

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
