We are looking for STRUCTURAL PROJECT MANAGER

*With a minimum of 5 years’ experience to handle structural steel fabrication and erection projects from planning to completion.

*Oversees entire projects from start to finish, focusing on scope, budget, schedule, and quality by coordinating detailing, fabrication, and erection, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety, and communicating with clients, engineers, and internal teams to deliver profitable and successful steel construction projects.

CORE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with commercial steel buildings, composite structures, and tilt-wall projects.
• Knowledge of project management software and scheduling tools.
• Strong understanding of fabrication, erection processes, and relevant contract documents.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

TYPICAL DUTIES:

• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Conduct site visits and job meetings.
• Manage change orders and project documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, production) and external parties.
