JOB TITLE: STUDENT ADMISSION COUNSELOR

Days & Hours: 10:00am to 07:00pm

WOMENSPIRE MALAYSIA is multinational entrepreneur organisation & a skills development training centre based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

WOMENSPIRE's Pakistan office is located at PECHS Block 6 Karachi. The main role of Pakistan office is to facilitate institutions and organisations to acquire Malaysian International Affiliation from WOMENSPIRE Malaysia for Skills development short courses. At present, the company is aggressively hiring professional to establish a strong competent team to manage its operations in Pakistan in alliance with Malaysia Office.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Responding to student queries on social media platforms, web portal, within required timeframes and updating student records accordingly. Following up with the students

· Inform the students about Malaysian International Certified courses, workshop & seminars. Manage and Coordinates with students regarding student activities, workshops, and seminars.

· Maintain database of student queries, admissions in various programs.

· Make regular calls to students & partner institutes and line up meetings for Program Liaison Managers to achieve the given targets.

· Invite students to visit the Training Centre and answer their queries in face to face meeting.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

· Should have sales background in previous jobs in any reputed institute, college, school or university.

· At least 2 years of working experience.

· Intermediate or ideally graduate from a reputed university.

· Strong Communication skills

· Relationship building skills

· Must have strong knowledge of how educational institutions at all levels work.

REMUNERATION:

Monthly Salary bracket of PKR 60,000 to PKR 100,000 plus incentives (The salary will be decided based on skills, abilities and what value addition the professional can bring in the organization).

EXTRA PERKS:

On successful completion of the targeted projects, the company will give bonus salary & sponsor trip to Malaysia.
