Student Admissions Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Student Admissions Executive to join our team. The role involves counseling students and parents, promoting Aptech Qatar’s IT and software training programs, and achieving enrollment targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
This position is open to female candidates only with proven sales experience and strong communication skills. Applicants must have excellent proficiency in English. Knowledge of Hindi or Urdu is mandatory, while Arabic language skills will be considered an additional advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on Aptech Qatar’s courses and career pathways
• Promote IT, software engineering, and professional certification programs
• Convert walk-ins, inquiries, and leads into enrollments
• Conduct follow-up calls and maintain student inquiry records
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams
• Participate in school visits, events, and education fairs
• Maintain accurate data in CRM / admission records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, sales, or education counseling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to handle parents and students professionally
• Knowledge of IT or training institutes is an advantage
• Proficiency in English , Hindi/Urdu (Arabic is a plus)
