Requirement:
- Graduate or Equivalent from reputable Universities/ Institutions
- 2-3 years of solid working experience in European Countries
- Must have familiarity with the European public universities, courses, and admissions processes
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking & listening)
- Must be goal oriented
- Hard working
- Team player
Responsibilities:
- Counsel and guide students on study options in Europe (France, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, etc.) based on their academic background and career goals.
- Provide accurate information on universities, courses, admission requirements, scholarships, tuition fees, and living expenses.
- Assist students in preparing and submitting applications, SOPs, CVs, and supporting documents.
- Guide students through the visa application process, including financial documentation and interview preparation.
- Stay updated with European education policies, visa regulations, and PR/job opportunities for international students.
- Conduct counseling sessions, seminars, and webinars to promote study opportunities in Europe.
- Manage student records and track progress from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with European universities and partner organizations.
- Provide pre-departure briefing on travel, accommodation, culture, and post-study work opportunities.
- Meet monthly/quarterly admission and conversion targets set by the company.
Skills Required:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in both English and Urdu for effective communication with diverse clients.
- Attention to Detail: Able to review and provide feedback on application materials such as personal statements and CVs.
- Customer Service: Friendly, approachable, and able to build trust with students and their families.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work with deadlines, especially during peak admission cycles.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of identifying solutions for students facing challenges with applications or documentation.
- Digital Literacy: Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online communication tools.
- Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
