Job Description / Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized counseling for students seeking to study abroad
• Assess student profiles and suggest suitable programs and institutions
• Guide students through application, admission, and visa processes
• Maintain communication and follow-ups via phone, email, and messaging
• Achieve monthly enrolment/conversion targets
• Participate in outreach, seminars, or promotional events as needed

Qualifications / Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree (Education, Business, or related field preferred)
• Experience in education counseling or related field (fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered)
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working with targets
• Proficient with MS Office, email, and online tools
