Student Counsellor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Student Counsellor to join our student counselling team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, guiding students about educational programs, and assisting them through the admissions process. Ideal for someone passionate about education and student success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide detailed counseling to students regarding study programs, universities, and visa procedures for various countries.

· Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth application process.

· Generate new leads through walk-ins, phone calls, referrals, digital platforms, and follow-ups.

· Convert inquiries into applications and ensure a high success rate in admissions and visa approvals.

· Assist students with university applications, documentation, SOPs, financial guidance, and visa interview preparation.

· Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead conversions and student enrollments.

Requirements:

· 4 Years Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Business, or Communication preferred).

. O/A levels Background preferred.

· 1–3 years of experience in international education, student visa consulting, or sales.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills

· Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

· Experience in lead generation and sales conversion (preferably in the education or consultancy sector).

· Strong knowledge of visa regulations, education systems, and application procedures

· Proficient in MS Office and email communication.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
