Student Counsellor

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Student Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses and services. The role involves counseling, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into admissions. This is a target-based position, requiring strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Explain students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.

Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.

Follow up on inquiries through calls, emails, and direct meetings.

Convert leads into successful admissions as per monthly targets.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data.

Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams.

Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and education fairs when required.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students and institutions.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education background preferred).

Prior experience in education-related companies, training institutes, or academic counseling is preferred.

Proven experience in target-based roles (sales/admissions background is an advantage).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
