Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and fluent Arabic & English-speaking Student Counselor to join our Riyadh branch. The ideal candidate will assist students in choosing suitable foreign universities, programs, and countries for higher education, while maintaining excellent communication with students, parents, and partner universities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on international study destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.)
• Handle inquiries through walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and online channels
• Provide accurate guidance on admissions, visa processes, and university requirements
• Maintain student follow-ups and convert leads to successful applications
• Attend education fairs, university visits, and promotional events
• Work closely with the branch manager and operations team

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Education, Business, or related field)
• Minimum experience in overseas student counseling or education consultancy is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-oriented environment
