Student Counselor ( Female )

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Education, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred)
• 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Student Counselor or in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems
• Positive attitude and professional behavior

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on academic programs, career paths, and study abroad opportunities
• Assist students with admissions processes, documentation, and application follow-ups
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and group orientations
• Maintain student records and update CRM/databases
• Coordinate with universities, colleges, and partner institutions
• Handle student queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
• Meet enrollment and counseling targets
• Provide guidance on scholarships, visas, and eligibility requirements
• Ensure high-quality student support and satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Internship, Fresher
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
