Student Counselor - Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Student Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses and services. The role involves counseling, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into admissions. This is a target-based position, requiring strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explain students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
  • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
  • Follow up on inquiries through calls, emails, and direct meetings.
  • Convert leads into successful admissions as per monthly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and institutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Female candidates having spouse visa or resident visa preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education background preferred).
  • Prior experience in education-related companies, training institutes, or academic counseling is preferred.
  • Proven experience in target-based roles (sales/admissions background is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
