Student Recruitment & Marketing Manager

This role is responsible for recruiting Pakistani students for international UG and PG programs through agents and direct marketing channels

Timings: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Budget: 100,000 - 120,000
Location: Phase 2, Johar Town, Lahore

Responsibilities:

Drive UG and PG student recruitment across multiple study destinations
Manage, train, and support education agents to meet recruitment targets
Monitor agent performance, targets, and compliance
Deliver student and agent presentations, webinars, and info sessions
Achieve assigned recruitment KPIs and enrollment goals
Identify and develop new partnerships and recruitment channels in Pakistan

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing preferred)
3+ Years of experience in higher-education student requirement.
Strong networking, presentation & communication skills
