Aptech Learning, A world-renowned IT Vocational Institute invites applications from young dynamic professionals for the position of Student Relationship Officer at our Shahra-e-faisal Center.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and maintain student files and database records.
- To maintain relevant noticeboards for Exam timetables, Events, Projects, and Academic success.
- Participate in Attendance monitoring system and control absenteeism.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with students.
- Responding to student queries within required timeframes and updating student records accordingly. Following up with the students
- Providing technical and administrative support as needed to students in the use of the student portal.
- Manage and Coordinates with students regarding student activities, workshops, and seminars.
- Fee Recovery
- Achieve given target for fee recovery
- Managing floor on given time slot.
- Handling other tasks given by the Center Manager.
Requirements:
- Should have strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Service oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow procedures and to keep track of multiple tasks
- Minimum Bacherlors' from a reputed university/institute
- Must be able to handle pressure well
- Previous experience as a customer service representative will be taken in advance
- Have the ability to work in late sitting minimum 1 to 2 Hours.
