Student Relationship officer

STUDENT RELATIONSHIP OFFICER

We are looking for a Student Relationship Officer whose main role is ensuring our existing students' real-time queries are being resolved. The student relationship officer has to make sure all the needs of the students are being taken care of.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain student files and database records.
- To maintain relevant noticeboards for Exam timetables, Events, Projects, and Academic success.
- Participate in the Attendance monitoring system and control absenteeism.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with students.
- Respond to student queries within required timeframes and update student records accordingly. Following up with the students
- Manage and Coordinate with students regarding student activities, workshops, and seminars.
- Handling other tasks given by the Center

Location: Korean Computer Academy 5/36C, 36C Korangi 5, near Rashid Latif Cricket Academy, Karachi, 74900

Timings: 3 PM to 9 PM
