We are seeking a motivated, professional, and results-oriented Student Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with students, ensuring student satisfaction and retention, managing fee recovery, and providing administrative support to facilitate smooth academic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students throughout their academic journey.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with students to ensure engagement and retention.
- Manage fee recovery activities, including payment reminders, follow-up calls, and collection coordination.
- Address student concerns, complaints, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate student records and update relevant databases.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure effective student support.
- Assist in admission-related activities and student orientation sessions.
- Prepare reports related to student retention, fee recovery, and student engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in student services, customer relations, counseling, sales, recovery, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
