Student Success Coach

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Student Success Coach to join our team. Must be bilingual (Spanish and English)

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with academic departments to monitor students' attendance and academic progress, providing timely intervention and advisement as needed.

- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students to assist them in their general education courses and develop personalized academic plans.

-Provide support to students by assisting with academic advising, Canvas Platform Training, General Education Tutoring, and navigating college systems, ensuring student success.

- Participate in campus activities and graduation ceremonies.

- Assist in any additional tasks as directed by the Director of Student Services.

Pay: $22.35 - $26.13 per hour
