- Assist students with admission enquiries, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Provide information regarding programs, schedules, and institutional policies.
- Maintain student records and update internal databases regularly.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams to resolve student queries.
- Support counselling teams in admission conversion activities.
- Deliver professional customer support to ensure student satisfaction.
- Handle student requests and escalate issues when necessary.
- Participate in student engagement initiatives and support programs.
- Assist in preparing student service reports and updates.
- Ensure smooth communication between students and institutional departments.
