Position Summary
The Student Support Director leads the key strategic area of Personalized Education. Responsible for designing, developing and implementing programs and events relating to personalized education at the KAUST School, the Student Support Director works in collaboration with the Director TKS, Board of Education, senior staff members at the University and school personnel to orchestrate the development and execution of a long term strategy for meeting the educational needs of all TKS students. The Student Support Director will be responsible for managing the advancement of personalized learning by researching, designing, staffing, budgeting, training, implementing and evaluating unique programming. They will oversee parent programs, agreements, and contracts, oversee communications and record keeping across all school divisions, network across appropriate divisions within the University and report progress on agreed upon measures.
The Student Support Director will also consult on programming and program development for school age community members who do not meet TKS admission criteria. These programs will be designed for students to reach their personal and academic potential.
