Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Senior Student Visa Counselor with 3–5 years of proven success in managing international student mobility and visa processing for the United States, United Kingdom, and European countries. This role is not for beginners. We are looking for a professional who understands immigration frameworks, embassy compliance standards, and client psychology someone who can confidently handle high-value student cases from consultation to visa approval.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end processing of Study Visas, Visit Visas, and Work Permits for the US (F1), UK (Student Route), and major European destinations (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc.).
- Conduct in-depth profile assessments and provide strategic visa pathway recommendations based on eligibility, documentation strength, and compliance standards.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in application preparation, documentation review, and embassy submissions.
- Guide students through university selection, offer letters, CAS processes (UK), I-20 processing (US), and European admission formalities.
- Prepare clients for credibility interviews and embassy interviews with structured mock sessions.
- Maintain strict compliance with embassy policies, immigration regulations, and evolving visa guidelines.
- Manage case pipelines, follow-up systems, and approval tracking to ensure timely outcomes.
- Handle refusals strategically by analyzing case weaknesses and preparing re-application strategies.
- Maintain professional communication with universities, VFS centers, embassies, and official authorities.
- Contribute to overall conversion performance by turning inquiries into successful enrollments and visa approvals.
What We Expect
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in student visa consultancy (mandatory).
- Strong expertise in US, UK, and European visa frameworks.
- Demonstrated record of successful visa approvals and client satisfaction.
- Deep understanding of financial documentation, SOP evaluation, credibility assessment, and embassy compliance standards.
- Exceptional counseling and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-value cases under deadlines.
- Strong organizational discipline and documentation accuracy.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
