• Assist patrons in purchasing tickets in person, online, and over the phone.
• Responsible for daily cash handling
• Distribute marketing materials around campus, and in the community
• Recruit and track ushers for theatre performances
• Maintain tidyness and organization of the Box Office

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills; experience preferred.
• Work well independently
• Keen eye for detail; quick learner preferred.
• Professional demeanor
• Availability for afternoon and weekend shifts
