Responsibilities
- Support the build, QA, and deployment of emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including formatting, dynamic content, audience segmentation, and link testing.
- Provide support for project communications, including preparing emails for review and approval in Litmus.
- Assist with data extension preparation, list imports, and basic reporting related to email campaigns.
- Assist with digital campaign execution for annual giving initiatives, including crowdfunding and campus-wide engagement efforts.
- Serve as the alternate for monitoring Broad-Based Campaigns email inboxes.
- Proof donor data for annual giving level broad-based campaigns and stewardship communications.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Good organizational skills, communication skills and ability to follow directions, as well as take initiative.
- Excellent proofreading skills.
- Ability to work on-site for scheduled hours.
- Ability to work 8-15 hours per week.
Required Education and Experience
- Current Purdue University Student
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
